The Early Bird

I have a couple PT jobs and on my way to one of them I pass this hay field every morning. A couple red-tailed hawks, a kestrel and the occasional coyote hang out in this field.

At 5:30A.M I'm not pleasant, I'll admit it but with the early morning sun highlighting the mountains. The valley fields are all glowing and the wildlife are on the move I'm reminded that life is fleeting and there's no time to be ornery. The crack of dawn signals the start of a new day with new possibilities and opportunities.
