A Baltimore Oriole rests contentedly on the edge of the forest. It's colorful orange striking a beautiful contrast against the lushness of the trees. The subdued natural earth tones of most animals and birds of prey are intriguing. However, the brilliant colors of some song birds is exciting to paint.
